Guest Access
The studio is located behind the main house and has its own private entrance—no shared spaces. You’ll have a dedicated yard area to enjoy, perfect for morning coffee or a quiet evening outside. Street parking is free and usually easy to find right in front of the home. From there, just follow the gravel path along the side of the house to reach the studio. The Little Oxford Haus sits just behind The Oxford Haus on the same lot. Both homes are fully private with no shared interior or outdoor spaces. While each home has its own entry and amenities, sound can occasionally carry between the two—particularly if guests are enjoying the backyard at The Oxford Haus. We ask that all guests keep outdoor noise at a respectful level and observe quiet hours, so everyone can have a great stay.

For everyone’s comfort-max occupancy is 2 guests. The bathroom has a folding door (no lock!) to save space. If you're bringing a guest, make sure you're cool with that. 😉 We’ve stocked a starter set of coffee pods and laundry detergent. For extras, Bluebonnet Market is just a short walk away. The entrance is behind the main house via a gravel path. If you pack heavy, rolling luggage over rocks can be a bit tricky... same goes for heels 👠 We love hosting friends and families but absolutely do not allow smoking, parties, or illegal activities on the property.
