We were in Austin during SXSW. The perfect place and the perfect hosts: a beautiful house with everything you could need and a lovely neighbourhood. I’d definitely recommend it.

This house was perfect in all ways! We have a family of 5 and could not have asked for a better place to stay for 3 nights. Our 3 young boys (and dad) loved the putting green in the back yard. Location wise, we were a short drive or walk from anywhere we wanted to go. The house was in pristine condition and the layout was well done. We would recommend this house to anyone and plan on visiting again! Thank you, Renon, for being a wonderful host!

Cute Airbnb and lovely hosts! It felt cozy and welcoming right away. It’s right in the heart of one of my favorite Austin neighborhoods, which made getting around town a breeze.

Renon's place was perfect for us. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. Street parking was ideal for our 22 ft long van (10 ft high). The location was great for getting an Uber into Austin to walk the downtown area.

The place was perfect for our needs!
We had family members coming & going for a wedding. There was always a quiet space to be found in the house or outside in the private backyard. We never felt crowded in the house or yard. The spaces were COMFORTABLE!
Renon was very responsive to questions.
The next time we are in Austin, I will be looking to see if we can be guests at Renon's place! Yeah, it was THAT great.

We loved staying at Renon and Brad's place. It was small but had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped and the small lounge area comfortable with a good size TV. The bathroom was very clean, with a great shower and nice toiletries. We also made use of the washing machine and dryer a few times during our stay.
We stayed for two weeks as we were visiting family in the nearby area so we were very pleased that the studio suited our needs very well. It was a 4 minute walk to local restaurants, cafes and bars - we visited a few in the local area. Downtown was a 10min drive away - it cost around $12 in an Uber.
Renon and Brad responded to messages very speedily and promptly sorted out a couple of minor issues that we had. They provided lots of useful info and recommendations for the local area too.
We will definitely be returning to Austin later in the year so we would love to stay in Renon and Brad's place again and would recommend their place to visitors.

A Great choice while visiting Austin! This beautiful home is in a great location, close to all the action of Austin but in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. Really great attention to design details throughout, very well equipped. Look forward to visiting Austin again and staying in this charming home.

Great bungalow in the heart of South Austin! The space is small but thoughtfully planned and well organized. Well appointed kitchen but no need to cook when you can walk to a different fantastic restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner😋. Host was easily accessible and provided everything needed. Highly recommend The Little Oxford Haus!

Perfect space for 2 travelers. Cozy and exactly what I wanted for my trip. Renton gave really helpful instructions to locate the house and I felt like I had a ton of flexibility and care. Would highly recommend for travelers looking for central location and base set of amenities to focus on enjoying the city.

We loved staying here, it just FEELS great. Overall, it was one of the most comfortable airbnb experiences we've had. The neighborhood is ideal, near lots of great cafes and restaurants and also close to Barton Springs and Zilker. We loved the feeling of privacy here, the backyard area and porch, and the ease of location for getting around Austin and visiting our friends and favorite spots. The guesthouse is comfortable and had everything we needed, with a full kitchen and a washer/dryer that we certainly used! The hosts were responsive and helpful.
