The Little Oxford Haus sits just behind the main home on the same lot, fully private, separate entry, but sound can carry between the two, so we ask all guests to keep evening noise respectful. The loft is accessed by a ladder, worth knowing if you're traveling with little ones. Guests must be 25+, and we don't allow parties, pets, or smoking (violations result in a minimum $500 fee), we love hosting friends and family gathering together, just not big events.
