Please note that there is a Casita at the back of the property with a separate entrance & outdoor space. The back of the Casita is adjacent to the main home's backyard. However, there are no shared spaces. We provide a "starter pack" of coffee pods, laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent. Bluebonnet Market is within walking distance for extra supplies. We ask anyone booking the property be at least 25. We love being able to host friends and families to connect, but we absolutely do not allow parties at the property.
