While each home has its own entry and amenities, sound can occasionally carry between the two—particularly if guests are enjoying the backyard at The Oxford Haus. We ask that all guests keep outdoor noise at a respectful level and observe quiet hours, so everyone can enjoy a peaceful stay. Also, The Little Oxford Haus shares a wall with the backyard, so we hope it's a fun space for play, while still keeping things respectful for the guests next door. We ask anyone booking the property be at least 25. We love being able to host friends and families to connect, but we absolutely do not allow parties at the property. We are in a residential neighborhood with families and also need to respect them and the guests in The Little Oxford Haus.
