Bathroom Step: There’s a 12-inch step up into the bathroom, so if anyone in your party has mobility concerns, please take that into account—we want everyone to be safe and comfortable during their stay. Heating & Cooling: The space has a full-size wall unit that provides both heating and air conditioning to keep things comfy year-round. Coffee Starter Kit: We include a small starter set of coffee, cream, and sugar—but with so many amazing cafés nearby, you might just find a new favorite each morning. ☕ (Jo’s, The Meteor, Bouldin Creek Cafe, Swedish Hill Cafe and The Salty Donut are all just a short stroll away!) Need Groceries? HEB is less than a mile away if you need to stock up on snacks, drinks, or anything else during your stay. ✹ PET POLICY ✹ We’re happy to welcome one well-behaved dog (under 50 lbs) per booking—because pups deserve vacations too! 🐾 Just let us know you’re bringing your furry friend when you book so we can be prepared to welcome them properly. A few things to keep in mind for a smooth stay: • Dogs must be at least 1 year old, house-trained, and well-socialized • Please crate or supervise your pup at all times—we want everyone to feel safe and relaxed • Sorry, no cats (we love them, but allergies and past issues make it tricky) We provide a few extra blankets so your pup can snuggle with you on the bed—just toss one over the white duvets to keep things clean for the next guests. 🛏️🐶 🔔 Heads up: Non-disclosed pets will result in a $200 fee plus the cost of any damage. Please be upfront—it keeps things simple and happy for everyone! ✹ What We Provide ✹ To make your pup feel at home, we provide: • Dog bowls for food and water • Waste bags for easy cleanup • Towels to wipe paws • A blanket to cover the bed (if needed) While our apartment does not have a large yard, there is a fenced, graveled space (3 ft x 8 ft) perfect for quick potty breaks.
