Guest Access

The studio is located behind the main house and has its own private entrance—no shared spaces. You’ll have a dedicated yard area to enjoy, perfect for morning coffee or a quiet evening outside. Street parking is free and usually easy to find right in front of the home. From there, just follow the gravel path along the side of the house to reach the studio. Because the space sits behind the main home, you may occasionally hear guests enjoying the backyard, but we kindly ask that everyone keeps outdoor noise to a respectful level so all guests can relax and enjoy their stay.

Other Details to Note

For everyone’s comfort-max occupancy is 2 guests. The pull-out couch is for convenience, but I would not recommend it for a longer stay. The bathroom has a folding door (no lock!) to save space. If you're bringing a guest, make sure you're cool with that. 😉 We’ve stocked a starter set of coffee pods and laundry detergent. For extras, Bluebonnet Market is just a short walk away. The entrance is behind the main house via a gravel path. If you pack heavy, rolling luggage over rocks can be a bit tricky... same goes for heels 👠 The Little Oxford Haus sits just behind The Oxford Haus on the same lot. Both homes are fully private with no shared interior or outdoor spaces. While each home has its own entry and amenities, sound can occasionally carry between the two—particularly if guests are enjoying the backyard at The Oxford Haus. We ask that all guests keep outdoor noise at a respectful level and observe quiet hours, so everyone can enjoy a peaceful stay. I’ve stayed at sooo many airbnbs in Austin & this place is hard to beat. Perfect location, easy parking, very private, & a super comfortable bed. Renon (the host) is also really cool. Responds quickly & she’s very nice.

We loved our stay, the place was just as described and shown in the pictures. Such a peaceful area and located near many things we wanted to check out! Parking was always available to us. Our host was very responsive and kind about anything we needed to speak about. Overall such a good experience, we’re looking forward to coming back!

Stayed a week and made the place home. Very clean. Nice and peaceful neighborhood close to Lamar street. Parked in front of main house. There was a booking at main house part of the town. Hardly heard them other than when they were in backyard. I can only say I didn’t wear shoes that could be potentially scratched in the rocks walking in and out. Enjoyed my stay.

The airbnb was ideally located in a quite neighbourhood outside of Austin. The distance to the city center is very convenient. Once inside, you can expect a cosy living area with a lot of ammenities. The hosts we're very helpful and responded quickly. Overall the perfect place to stay when you visit Austin

We really enjoyed our stay at Wren and Brad’s place. It was very comfortable and they paid attention to detail. It was convenient to everything and Wren was very helpful when I would ask questions. I would suggest their home to anyone.

Clean and private small house in a good location. The house is in the back yard of the host's house, but has its own entrance and feels very private. The space was large enough to relax in and was well cared for. The bed was great, though a mosquito unfortunately interrupted our sleep on two of the nights, which is outside the host's control. The host was responsive and communicated well.

We had the best time staying at Renon’s place! It is such a cute spot, had everything we needed, and in the perfect location. The neighborhood is lovely, the yard is wonderful, and it’s right by everything we were interested in doing. They are also super responsive. Would absolutely stay here again!

Our three night stay was perfect. We loved the outdoor area for morning coffee. Washer and dryer were easy to use. Ceiling fans and lighting were great. Our hosts covered every possible need. There was even an umbrella hanging by the door in event there was rain. My husband commented the shower is the best we’ve had on this cross country trip! We’d definitely stay here on our next visit to Austin!

It was a short and enjoyable stay at Renon's Airbnb. The place is located behind the main house and has fencing on all sides, which makes it very private. It is a nicely designed and cozy space, as well as very clean. There are numerous great restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops nearby, and the location is close to downtown. I really enjoyed my time there and hope to return to Austin in the near future.

Such a great little place! Very clean, host was very response, great neighborhood - close to restaurants, lovely place to walk around. Only thing is that you should be aware that you will have to haul your luggage to the guest house (this may have been in the listing, and I missed it, so only mentioning so no one else misses it like me!) - the guest house is in the rear, and they have rock that you have to walk on to get to the house, so you can't roll any luggage on it. As long as you're ok carrying your luggage, this is a great stay!
