The Little Oxford Haus is a private backyard studio with its own separate entrance — no shared spaces with the main house. You'll have a dedicated outdoor patio area all to yourself. Access is via a gravel path from the street — easy to navigate, just worth knowing if you're bringing large/heavy rolling luggage or wearing heels! 👠 The Oxford Haus out front is also an Airbnb, so you may have neighbors during your stay. Both homes are fully private with no shared interior or outdoor spaces. We ask that all guests keep outdoor noise respectful and observe quiet hours (10:30 PM–7:00 AM) per City of Austin ordinance so everyone has a great stay. Street parking is free and easy to find right in front of the home.

Bluebonnet Market is a short walk for extras. No smoking, parties, or illegal activities on the property. Trip insurance is strongly recommended.
